Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with easy access to a dedicated full bathroom.

Laundry: Full laundry room with washer and dryer.

Private Casita: A standalone studio cottage just steps from the main house.

Studio Living: King bed, en-suite bathroom, dedicated living/dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, covered ocean-view terrace, and an outdoor shower.

House Rules: Non-smoking property. No pets permitted.

Safety & Wildlife: The pool is a uniform 5 feet deep with no shallow wading area. Cacti grow naturally on the grounds, and wild monkeys visit frequently—please do not feed them.
